No, real error is here:

proof.13 is missing or corrupt.

It seems that test was completed successfully, but program failed to create certification data file (it's done on the last step) because something wrong happened with one of intermediate checkpoint files. Following "file_xfer_error" is due to missing certification data file.

Alas, no ideas. No more errors in this log and this machine have very short history of tasks to make any guesses about stability of its hardware.
