Adata has what I believe to be the first liquid cooled memory chips for the general public. It’s called XPG Spectrix D 80. in 3000 and 3600 flavors with programmable rgb. 175.00 to 220.00 American money during the sale going on now, yes that’s the sale price.

Maybe first as a "self contained" unit but water cooled RAM has been available since at least 2010.

Linus Tech Tips did a video of the ones you're talking about in July

Spoiler alert: there is "liquid" but no "cooling".

this memory chips are not liquid cooled.
the liquid is just to smooth the LEDs a bit. just eye candy, nothing else.

I saw the aforementioned video on those about a week ago or so. Personally I'm not a big fan of RGB. The only RGB DIMMs that I ever thought were really good looking are the Trident Zs, but as I run Linux, there is no way (that I know of) to synchronize RGB system wide, and in some case you pay quite a premium for some lights. The only RGB component in my system right now is an Asus ROG/Strix Z370E motherboard, and I turned the lights off in BIOS. If I were going to build a showpiece system, my personal taste would run to getting some of CableMod's cables and AIO sleeving and installing UV LEDs.

EDIT: I am currently running Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 / 3000 MHz 15-17-17-35.
