Is it usual that command line for SoB tasks use switch -oForcePRP=1?

Yes, for the double check of the Seventeen or Bust web site's tests. Every test they ran was a PRP test so in order to match their residues we have to run PRP tests as well. If we don't have any existing residues, a primality test is run.
