If someone is running SoB with an i7 6700k, I would be grateful for some indicative run times with HT off.

Out of curiosity, what's the RAM Speed?

Anyone care to share their runtimes on a 9900k (or similar, like 8700k etc.)? I recently acquired one and after some thermal throttling escapades (VRM-, not CPU-related, mind you) I finally got it running LLR properly. I'm seeing runtimes of about 18.5 hours on SoB with one task on 7 cores and the 8th dedicated to (a) GPU(Grid). Ubuntu 18.04 and dual channel RAM running at 3000 MHz, HT off, turbo at 4.7 GHz for 8 cores, no AVX offset, no power limit, pure 24/7 crunching machine.
I've seen someone achieve 13 hours here with the same processor/thread number, but I'm at a loss how exactly that's possible (other than perhaps varying task sizes?).

Right off the top I'd say it's the varying task sizes. During the SoB challenge my i5-8400 (running on 5 cores, also with DDR4-3000 memory) had tasks that ranged between 28 and 32 hours. So your times are beating my "small" task times by 10 hours per.
Overclocking, faster memory than DDR4-3000, and not running GPU tasks would also have an impact on run times.

How much of an impact do you think GPU tasks are having? Are we talking hours?
I have the RAM seemingly stable at 3200 now, I'll post some runtimes once I got a few tasks wrapped up with this new setup.
I should also add that I have added another GPU to the system and HT is activated:
i9-9900k: 7-core SoB
GTX 980: GPUGrid (1 core assigned via SWAN_SYNC)
GTX 1660 Ti: GFN21 sieving (b13, w1)
One recent SoB run on that system came in at 22.7 hours, but that appears to be the task size difference at play, since the next one is projected at <18 hours again.

Got some numbers here, achieved with testing 21181*2^29836592+1 directly on the LLR program:
HT on:
1x7-core, +GPUGrid +msieving: 18,3 h
1x7-core, -GPUGrid +msieving: 17,8 h
1x7-core, -GPUGrid -msieving: 17,6 h
HT off:
1x7-core, +GPUGrid +msieving: 17,7 h
1x7-core, -GPUGrid +msieving: 17,3 h
1x7-core, -GPUGrid -msieving: 16,9 h
