All the LLR programs use the same program. They have tried to create a GPU LLR program and in many cases it was just as fast or slower than the CPU version, because of the nature of the computations. plus it used a full CPU anyway. SOB being as large as it is was one it was longer on. So, essentially the math that is done is not something the GPU can handle.
