Your choices are to abort the task, in which case everything that's been done on the re-processing since the crash will be lost, or let it continue.
Trying to "fix" the problem requires manually updating the BOINC state files on your computer, which is not easy to do correctly. Since this is a very short task, by the time you figure out how to do it correctly the task will already be complete. There's a good chance, however, that any incorrect attempt to fix this will result in the task being aborted. BOINC was not intended to be manipulated in this manner.
My recommendation is to leave BOINC alone.
