I had a SOB result that completed, and was uploaded, before the outage. I thought it was marked as completed, and I had credit awarded. But it's now shown as not being completed in PG database. What info do you need to check into this?

These happened to me too. I lost about 13k credit of jobs. Anything that uploaded after 0800 UTC, I believe, is gone.
