My machine is working on this work unit:

This workunit has been completed and validated, and credit given to others already. It appears that one of the others missed his or her deadline, the work unit was assigned to me, and then the other user completed and submitted.

I think I am about 2/3 of the way through. I assume I'll get some credit if I complete it, although the time spent is wasted by not working on an unknown work unit. I'll probably let it go, but is there any good way to prevent situations like this in the future?

If you complete it, you'll get credit equal to what the others received.
