I have one primegrid task which has been runnign for a month and wont complete for another month. Is this normal? its a Genefer 20 task.

Could you show us the link to the task? I couldn't find any GFN20 tasks on your computers.

Is the task on this computer? (it's the only active one showing on your account). Because only PPS sieve tasks are listed...

If it is and the task just hidden from those of us who aren't admins...two months is not unreasonable for that CPU, but definitely too long for the GPU.

GFN20's are very large numbers (6.45M digits), and take a long time to complete on older machines. Are you crunching 24/7?

I see no active Gemefer 20 task on your account; it perhaps has already timed out. As others have previously said, genefer 20 takes on average almost a month on CPU. If it was a GPU task, then that is not normal.
