On BAM GUI, i see TWO usage limits:
* % of CPUs,
* % of CPU time.

In Global prefs override.xml (ubuntu server), I see only
<cpu_usage_limit>%f</cpu_usage_limit>.

Which one does this effect, and how do you get to the other??
