Hello I just recently joined PrimeGrid, still trying to figure things out.

I received a number of 321 Sieve tasks last week of which all have been completed but one. Today is the deadline but it seems that this one task would never show up in the app. Does anyone know how this might have happened or what can be done about it?

It has now timed out and will be sent to someone else. This can happen sometimes that the system thinks you have a job when you don't, especially if your internet connection is flaky. Don't worry about it, this is what BOINC does. There was no human interaction required and it's not counted against you in any way.
