Hello,
I have a problem with my GPU tasks. They start running, but do not stop when they get to 100%. They go on for hours and hours without ever stopping. Suspending and restarting them will reset them to 0% again. Am I doing something wrong?

Radeon Vega 56 with Mesa 19.2.8 on Kubuntu 19.10.

Are the drivers latest? Are your temps too high? I can't see your stderr for now so there's a variety of problems that could have occured.

Regarding my drivers BOINC tells me this about my GPU:

OpenCL: AMD/ATI GPU 0: Radeon RX Vega (VEGA10, DRM 3.33.0, 5.3.0-40-generic, LLVM 9.0.0) (driver version 19.2.8, device version OpenCL 1.1 Mesa 19.2.8, 8192MB, 8192MB available, 7123 GFLOPS peak)

Unfortunately I have no program at hand to measure my GPU-Temps, but the psensor-output for my other components seems fine, nothing over 60 °C.

How do I get the stderr-info?

Try TThrottle or SpeedFan or MSI Afterburner to check temps. 80C is warm but fine. What tasks are you trying? Try PPS sieve if you haven't.
