This is SoB, not PSP. Anyway, wait until it's verified (or try it yourself). The range (11M) is far below PG SoB doublecheck project. It was a single prime submitted by private person (check proof code), with high probability he/she got a computation error and fake prime.

There's a lot of things suspicious about that entry. The same person that submitted 67607 * 2^11314467 + 1 also submitted 67607 * 2^11314467 (an even number) as prime.

This particular number (the odd one) is a proven composite number. It was removed during sieving by the original Seventeen or Bust project.

Here's the factor:

57908405921389 | 67607*2^11314467+1

It's probably someone who doesn't know what they're doing.

...high probability he/she got a computation error and fake prime.

LLR doesn't produce fake primes on Proth numbers when a computation error occurs, and he appears to be using LLR. Given that he also submitted a 3 million digit even number as prime, I'd blame the carbon based computer rather than the silicon based computer.

This is MathDoggy from the mersenneforum.org forums. You can see more here. This person also claimed to prove Twin Prime Conjecture, strong Goldbach Conjecture and otherwise embarass himself on multiple occasions clearly showing he has no idea what he's doing.

I agree with that assessment. The primes have been marked composite and will be auto-removed in less than 30 minutes. The system will automatically do a simplistic autoblock on the carbon based unit.

Thank-you for watching and the many of you who emailed me.
