On my preference page I have SR5 and PPS MEGA checked for CPU. I just started SR5 but now that is all I'm crunching. Looks like MEGA has been pushed out. How can I get them to run evenly on my cores?

What you get is random. There's no way to force it to evenly mix different tasks. It's one of the reasons I only run one app at a time.
