In the BOINC app I have a PPSE (LLR) stuck on "uploading" status. The WU is llrPPSE_298866129.
Looks like it's done and my internet is working. I've tried to suspend, resume, abort but it won't go away or upload. Sayd it was due on 3/5/18
That workunit is already purged from the database, so there's nothing that can be done about it on our side.
I recommend the following steps. If a step fixes the problem, great! If not, try the next step. Make sure all parts of each step are carried out in sequence.
Step 1) Reboot the computer.
Step 2) sub-steps:
a) Set "No new work" on the PrimeGrid project.
b) Wait until all PrimeGrid tasks are completed and reported back to the server
c) Detach from PrimeGrid.
d) Attach to PrimeGrid again.
Step 3) sub-steps:
a) Set "No new work" on ALL projects.
b) Wait until all tasks are completed and reported back to the server.
c) Detach from all of the projects.
d) Uninstall BOINC.
e) Manually delete BOINC's data directory if uninstalling BOINC didn't automatically remove the data directory.
f) Re-install BOINC.
g) Attach to PrimeGrid and any other projects.
