Hi all,

I deselected the option from the PrimeGrid preferences menu online (since I can only use old version of boinc of version 6.xx)

_____________________ CPU, CUDA, AMD (ATI)

Proth Prime Search (Sieve) NO NO NO

After deselect them (denoting by 'NO' in above), and save the prefs, however, I still see CUDA,AMD(ATI) are listed in my PrimeGrid preferences menu.

Why?
And how to make it work?

Thanks.

I think I got the reason.

It is because I checked "Use ATI GPU" and "Use Nvidia GPU" in the head of pref menu.
Once uncheck both, I can cancel gpu jobs for good.

Thank you for your suggestion.
But it seems to me this option does not help.

Before I return to see your reply, i worked out the solution.
Thank you anyway.
