The SR5 prime count that you see on your account page (http://www.primegrid.com/home.php) includes primes found on both BOINC and PRPNet. The tasks and credit numbers include ONLY work done on BOINC. So it's possible you could see that you have more primes than completed tasks. :)
This is consistent with the way PRPNet primes have been handled for other PRPNet ports that have corresponding BOINC projects.

I don't think so. My prime list shows 101 primes for PPS, while my account page says 57. I remember finding two or three Proth primes in ancient LLRNet times which were included in the list but not in the counter, but there's still a gap which has to be PRPNet primes.

Noted. Something's definitely not right.
Honestly, looking at the raw data, I don't know what's up with the prime counts. Except in a few isolated cases (such as the big GFN numbers), I'm not the one that changed the prime count numbers, so I don't know what the deal is there. At this point, I can't make any promises about when or how it will be fixed.
Here's the raw prime data:
+-------+---------+---------------------------------+
| count | project | PRPNet |
+-------+---------+---------------------------------+
| 59 | PPS | |
| 14 | PPS | PRPNet |
| 3 | PPS | PRPNET (old) |
| 15 | PPS | PRPNet (u-g-f.de 2010 PPSE10K) |
| 1 | PPS | PRPNet (u-g-f.de 2011 PPSE11K) |
| 9 | PPS | PRPNet (u-g-f.de 2012 PPSElow2) |
| 14 | SGS | |
| 23 | TPS | |
+-------+---------+---------------------------------+
Here's the count information:
+-----+-----+-----+-------+
| tps | pps | sgs | total |
+-----+-----+-----+-------+
| 23 | 57 | 14 | 94 |
+-----+-----+-----+-------+
TPS and SGS match, but PPS does not.

Update: SR5 prime counts are correct and include PRPNet primes. As for PPS, I don't know.
Did the number of PPS primes change recently, or has it always been too high? Or did primes disappear from the list (I doubt that's what happened, but I'm asking anyway.)

The number of primes in list has been higher than the account page counter since the LLRNet primes were added a few years ago. And I'm quite sure that the counter did not change when the PRPNet primes were added to the list last year.
So most likely, the 57 primes on the counter are just my BOINC finds. Together with my 2 LLRNet primes, that's the 59 from your first table.

Ok, that makes sense. I take it the LLRNet primes were not actually added into the primes database, only the count was incremented?

The other way round. They are in the database (669*2^126225+1 and 579*2^125190+1), but the counter was not changed.

Oh, that's MUCH MUCH better.
In that case, I can probably treat the prime count as a "materialized view" (for those of you who know what that means) and recreate the counts from the prime list.
I'll keep this in mind when I have some free time and take a look at this. Thanks!
